When the research room is used for CVD synthesis, the transparent electrode is prepared by coating method. Results: SWCNT thin films were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and suction method, and the highest transmittance was 80% The theory of particle Structure and higher-order structure prediction (SNAP) is developed. For this purpose, CNT particles are dried and higher-order structure formation is predicted.
