The purpose of this study was to develop human resources development for community based disaster risk management of Asia from the perspective of developmental Social work. A study was conducted in collaboration with researchers and practitioners in Asia. Reconstruction assistance activities, must be one which is performed by people mainly affected by the disaster of the local, to promote the full participation of victims to reconstruction assistance. The social work profession must be careful to demand of minority. The social work profession should be aware of the priority needs of the minority. The social work profession must a community empowerment in cooperation with the NGO.T he social work profession should be aware to understand spiritual, religious, traditional culture of the community.
