Necessity and Possibility of South-South Educational Cooperation-Focused in Indian Ocean Ring-

对东南亚地区新兴捐赠国泰国、新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚和菲律宾的参与式培训项目进行了调查：问卷调查、观察和访谈。参赛者不仅来自东南亚地区，还来自西南亚、中亚和非洲。研究结果显示，来自东南亚的参与者对该项目的评价很高，而其他地区的参与者对该项目的评价较低。

Participant Training Programs of Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines which are emerging donors in Southeast areas are surveyed : questionnaire, observation, and interview. The participants are not only from Southeast areas but also from Southwest Asia, Central Asia and Africa. As research result, participants from Southeast Asia evaluated highly the program, but participant form other areas make low-evaluation.
