Necdin is a positive regulator of Sirt1 protein deacetylase. In this study, I focused Foxo1 that is related for feeding. Necdin-Sirt1 complex deacetylased Foxo1 and modified thermoregulation through controlling neuropeptides and thyroid hormones.
