Correlation between the expression patterns of cytokeratins/cell differentiations and the clinico-patholigical findings in oral squamous cell carcinoma

应用免疫组化方法检测了105例口腔鳞癌原发灶组织中6种CK的表达。结果表明，CK17在正常人子宫内膜组织中的表达明显高于其它几种CK（CK14、CK16、CK18、CK19、CK20）。此外，与临床病理结果和Δ p63模式的相关性进行了化学检测。CK17在肿瘤中心高频率表达（P<0.05），Δp63在肿瘤外层高频率表达（P<0.05）。应用免疫组化方法检测13例口腔鳞癌原发灶组织中CK17和Gli2的表达。CK17和Gli2在肿瘤中心常同时表达，而Gli2在肿瘤外层表达。

The expression patterns of 6 kinds of CK were examined immunohistochemically in the 105 biopsy specimens of primary site from OSCC patients. The results reveal that CK 17 was significantly expressed in compared to those of other CKs (CK14、CK16、CK18、CK19、CK20). Moreover, a correlation with the clinicopatholigical findings and the Δ p63 pattern were examined immunohistochemically. CK17 was significantly expressed in the high frequency in the center of tumor (P<0.05), whileΔp63 was significantly expressed in the high frequency in the outer layer of tumor (P<0.05). The expression patterns of CK17 and Gli2 were examined immunohistochemically in the 13 biopsy specimens of primary site from OSCC patients. CK17 and Gli2 were co-expressed frequently in the center of tumor, whileGli2 was expressed in the outer layer of tumor.
