In this research, I planned to reconsider the function of injunctive reliefs in Corporate law. Especially, I tried to propose concrete ideas in order to improve the agency-problem in the area of corporate takeovers through activating injunctive reliefs. As to my research products, I report the simple outcome of my research at the Japan Society of Private Law in the fall 2011, and I published 8 papers at the journal of jurisprudence. It is treated as one of the main issues to achieve effective injunctive reliefs in takeovers at the Legislative Council of the Ministry of Justice which is currently held, and I seriously hope that my research somehow contributes to the constructive discussion there.

在本研究中，我计划重新思考公司法中禁令救济的功能。特别是，笔者试图通过激活禁令救济来改善公司收购领域的代理问题，并提出了具体的设想。关于我的研究成果，我于2011年秋季在日本私法学会报告了我的简单研究成果，并在法学杂志上发表了8篇论文。在目前召开的法务省立法理事会上，实现有效的收购禁令救济被视为主要课题之一，我真诚地希望我的研究能对那里的建设性讨论有所贡献。
