项目摘要

２０２２年度には、コペンハーゲン大学経済学部トーマス・マークセン教授とまず理論分析を行い、研究の問いの更なる精緻化と、それに対応した経済実験のための斬新なフレームワークを設計した。具体的には、本研究目的の「労働者のタスク選好」と「組織からのタスクの割振」の間のマッチングの行動効果を計測するために、被雇用者、雇用者を明示的に経済トイモデルに入れ雇用関係を分析し、雇用者のタスク割振に関するメカニズムと、被雇用者が求める賃金水準の特徴を考察し、本マッチングの問題は雇用者が求める契約形態にも影響を受けると分かった。組織の経済学や企業論における関連論文の整理も併せて行い、研究の意義、仮説及び貢献を再確認したのち、トイモデルに合致する形で経済実験を設計した。実験遂行に向け、使用する労働タスクを設計した。その上で、専用ソフトウェアであるzTreeによって実験を全てコンピュータ・プログラム化した。実験プロトコルの作成は経済学における研究規範に準拠した。例えば、実験説明書は実験者効果を最小化すべく、被験者への説明に研究目的を含めず、また中立な言語を使用し、全て真実の表現（嘘は一切ない）が用いられた。当初の予定通りにコペンハーゲン大学が保有する経済実験室（パソコン教室）で実験を行うため、必要な数の被験者（コペンハーゲン大学の学生）の募集を行い、同実験室で実験プログラムの検査も丁寧に行った。コンピュータ・プログラムの全ての機能を確認したうえで、２０２２年度末より経済実験を開始した。
