本研究は、ホスピタリティ産業の生産性向上に資するマネジメント・コントロール・システム（MCS）モデルの理論的な完成度を高めるという目的のもと、リサーチサイトであるホテル業A社およびケアハウス業B社における縦断的な量的調査と、東証上場企業を対象とした横断的な量的調査実施することを目指すものである。2022年度は、下記のとおり研究を進めた。研究課題1「A社・B社におけるモデルの量的妥当性の検証」では，促進型MCSと従業員の心理や行動，顧客レベルの成果（顧客満足・顧客ロイヤルティ），財務成果（利益・生産性）間の縦断的分析を実施する計画である。リサーチサイトであるA社およびB社より、2022年度の従業員を対象としたアンケート調査データと顧客満足度調査データ、財務データを入手し、2021年度のデータと統合した。現在、データを解析中である。研究課題2「東証上場企業への調査を通したモデルの一般妥当性の検証」では、東証に上場している企業に務めるマネジャーを対象とした横断的なアンケート調査を実施し、データの解析を行い、分析結果について論文を執筆中である。
