本研究の目的は、日本語版の看護におけるケアリングとしての技術力尺度を基に「精神科看護におけるケアリングとしての技術力」の尺度を開発することである。この尺度を開発することにより、現任教育の内容の検討と効果の評価が可能になる。高い倫理観に基づいた高度な看護実践ができる精神科看護師の育成に繋がり、患者ケアサービスの質向上に寄与すると考えられる。令和４年度は、TCCNI-Rを日本語に翻訳した。梅花女子大学研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得て研究をおこなった。精神科病院の看護師約300名に、TCCNI-Rを用いて精神科の看護師のケアリングとしての技術力の認識、実践の現状調査のアンケート調査を行った。TCCNI-Rについて理解が難しかったところや質問の意味が分からないところについて自由記述の調査も行った。アンケート調査の結果を、記述統計、探索的因子分析を行い分析している。また、アンケート調査の精神科看護師がケアリングとしての技術力についての自由記述の結果を質的に分析している。アンケート調査の結果を基に「精神科看護におけるケアリングとしての技術力」尺度案を作成している。また、看護とテクノロジーについての文献レビューを行い4TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCY AS CARING IN NURSING AND HEALTH SCIENCESにて学会発表を行った。
