本研究では、双極性障害をもつ人と家族に対するメンタルヘルスリテラシー獲得・向上のためのケア方略を明らかにすることを目的としている。精神科看護者を対象に、双極性障害をもつ人とその家族に対するメンタルヘルスリテラシー獲得・向上のための看護スキルについてインタビュー調査を実施する。また、他職種や患者・家族に対して、看護者に求める支援内容についてインタビュー調査を実施し、それらの結果をもとに、『双極性障害をもつ人と家族に対するメンタルヘルスリテラシー獲得・向上のためのケア方略』について検討し可視化することを目標としている。2022年度はインタビューの実施に向けて学内の倫理審査を受審した。倫理審査受審と並行して、再度双極性障害をもつ人のメンタルヘルスリテラシーに関する文献検討を行った。当事者の手記および医学専門書の内容を分類した結果、情報の内容として、＜双極性障害の症状＞＜診断と治療＞＜うつ期の対処法＞＜躁期の対処法＞＜寛解期の過ごし方＞＜社会とのつながり（就労を含む）＞＜家族とのつながり＞＜医療とのつながり＞＜制度について＞＜自殺予防について＞が挙げられた。これらの文献検討で抽出された情報の内容も踏まえてインタビューガイドを作成している。第一段階として、精神科看護者対象の倫理審査は承認されたため、2023年度はインタビュー調査の実施と分析を進めていく。
