项目摘要

Monitoring techniques for the non-destructive evaluation of bio-degradation and preservation process of cultural properties using AE method and Radar inspection were developed.Detection of wood infesting of termites and other wood boring insect using AE monitoring was investigated, and the monitoring techniques and conditions were clarified. The obtained results were summarized in a technical instruction for the diagnoses of bio-degradation of wooden constructions. Detection of inner defects such as rot, holes, knots etc. by using radar inspection technique was also analyzed. The feasibility of the technique was clarified.The obtained knowledge in the investigation was evaluated together with the ones obtained by other destructive- and non-destructive inspection methods, and a comprehensive techniques was established for the diagnoses of bio-degradation of wooden constructions.AE monitoring was also applied for the PEG treatment of the water logged wood. The change of AE generation could be attributed to the change of the treatment conditions and the resultant defects such as cracks or checks, deformation and the friction in the wood-waveguide-sensor system.The obtained results were published in academic journals.
研究了利用声发射法和雷达监测技术对文物生物降解和保存过程进行无损评价的监测技术,探讨了利用声发射监测技术对白蚁等蛀木害虫进行检测的方法,明确了监测技术和条件。所获得的结果进行了总结,在一个技术指导的生物降解的木结构的诊断。分析了利用雷达检测技术检测内部缺陷,如腐皮、孔洞、节疤等。在此基础上,结合其它破坏性和非破坏性检测方法,建立了一套完整的木质建筑物生物降解诊断技术,并将声发射监测技术应用于PEG处理饱水木材的研究。声发射产生的变化可以归因于处理条件的改变以及由此产生的缺陷,如裂纹或裂纹、变形和木材-波导-传感器系统中的摩擦。
