By using the Medical Insurance Remuneration [National Health Insurance Certificates] (KOKUHO RESEPUTO) of Kagawa prefecture in 1999/ 2000/ 2001. 4 out- and in- patient clinical indices (Territory Dependent Ratio [%], Territory Patient Ratio [%], Dependent Entropy, Clinical Sphere Entropy) were analyzed on 46 diseases out of 119 diseases. Adding to them, on geriatric diseases (malignant tumor, cerebrovascular diseases and cardiovascular diseases) were analyzed for 15 years (1985, 1999) about the 4 indices. And, 4 indices of over 65 years patients were also analyzed before and after the enforcement of Public Nursing Care Insurance on the same diseases. Above mentioned examinations, we estimate the following results about Present Power and Future/ Marginal Power of the Special Functioned Hospital K (Kagawa Medical School Hosipital: KMSH) situated in Miki Town. KMSH have had the inpact on the demand of medical care in Kagawa prefecture. About the spesial disease, e. g., malignant tumor, cerebro/ cardiovascular disease and other special diseases, the inpacts were high, and the territory is broad spectrum, but the other diseases were not. But in late years, these tendencies of inpacts and territory were not prominent. But for the over 65 years, alternations before and after the enforcement of Nursing Care Insurance on many disease both by out- and in- patient is prominent. Totally observed, without the special innovation of KMSH, further prominent evolution could be uncalculated
