项目摘要
This research aims at carrying out the Breathing Wall using rice straw charcoal utilization. This wall is the environmental harmony type Building Department material which can contribute to the construction which considered earth environment and local environment. In the original plan, performance evaluation of the application residence by survey was due to be performed. However, it became clear to want the data of the ventilating, heat, and humidity for the performance prediction in a design stage by hearing investigation to a builder or a construction related operating pursuer. Therefore, importance was shifted to maintenance of this design data, and development of the performance prediction technique in this research. The concrete result is as follows.1. Improvement to the panel-like core component by the material which thought construction nature as important and considered environment was performed towards utilization.2. The characteristic of a ventilation performance has been grasped by experiment. Moreover, it collected into the form which can be used by making it into design data.3. The numerical simulation for predicting the thermal performance as a component was developed, and the performance has been grasped. While the energy-saving effect by heat recovery was shown quantitatively as a result, even if it was under the severe condition, it checked that dew condensation generating danger was low.4. In the design stage, the algorithm which can calculate the number of times of ventilation which lets every year at the time of applying to a residence pass, and the heat load curtailment effect was developed. Consequently, when comparing with natural ventilation, it checked that the big energy-saving effect was acquired.
本研究旨在利用稻草炭进行换气墙的研究。该墙体是一种环境和谐型的建筑部门材料,可以为建筑做出贡献,兼顾大地环境和当地环境。在原计划中,应通过调查对申请住宅进行绩效评估。然而,通过对建筑商或与施工相关的操作追踪者的听证调查,显然需要通风、热量和湿度的数据来在设计阶段进行性能预测。因此,在本研究中,重点转移到设计数据的维护和性能预测技术的开发上。具体成果如下:1.对板状核心构件进行了以施工性质为重点、考虑环境的材料改进,向使用方向发展。通过实验掌握了通风性能的特点。并将其汇总成表格,形成可供使用的设计数据。进行了部件热性能预测的数值模拟,掌握了部件的热性能。在定量显示热回收的节能效果的同时,即使在恶劣的条件下,也检查了露水凝结产生的危险性很低。在设计阶段,开发了一种算法,该算法可以计算住宅在申请时每年的通风次数,以及热负荷的削减效果。因此,与自然通风相比,取得了较大的节能效果。
