Syntactic and Semantic Research in Tense and the Tense-related Domains.

研究结果归纳为以下三点：一、英语中的时间现象1）岩部康三明确了一般现在时和进行时的对比并不适用于一般过去时和进行时的关系; 2）松谷从形式的发展角度分析了“be+ happing”结构的意义和功能; 3）太田聪阐明了实现时态的动词的屈折变化发生在语法的哪个层次; 4）岛悦郎在形式语言学的框架内，对现在时态和过去时态在未来语境中的特殊表现作了一个直截了当的解释。5）和田直明从语言学的角度阐明了如何解释英语第三人称小说中的过去时态。II.时态及其相关主题1）岩部康三从过去时态的角度考虑了一般句的可能解释，并阐明了一般句的时态解释。2）前田充从情态和时态的角度阐明了should的语义发展过程。三、英语以外语言中的时间现象今井慎吾对日语“-toki-clause”中时态的解释进行了阐述。2）和田学对韩语中体标记与论元结构的关系进行了研究，并对词汇被动式的论元结构进行了阐述。基于特征标记的分布。3）竹本正志解释了法语动名词只代表“直接因果关系”的事实是由其高度从属性造成的。
