a Study on Change of International Economic Relationship and FTA in Korean Capitalism

本研究分析了韩国最近的贸易和FTA。贸易指标的研究期限为20世纪90年代至2000年代中期，主要是对商品贸易的分析。出口商品的特点如下。首先，自20世纪90年代以来，电机和电器已成为出口商品中最有价值的项目。第三，轻工产品出口额呈停滞和下降趋势，所占比重不断下降。通过对出口商品的分析，这些特征变得明显。进口商品的特点如下。第一，矿山、燃料、电机、家电在90年代各行业的份额都在上升.第二，从90年代后半期开始，韩国与智利的农产品和农业机械的进口额在一定时期内呈下降趋势。该FTA是韩国缔结的第一个FTA。此外，韩美自由贸易协定的谈判过程中的重点。韩国外交通商部、三星经济研究所的某位研究员对韩国-智利FTA的各种意见进行了考虑。对于韩美FTA，详细研究了8^Th过程。

This study is analyzing on recent trade and FTA in Korea. The term of study on trade targets from 1990's to the middle of 2000's and it is analyzing on trade of commodity. The features on export of commodity are as follows. Firstly electric machine and appliance has become the most value items in export of commodity since 1990's. Secondly machinery have become next to it. Thirdly export value of light industry goods is being on the stagnation and decease and its share is reducing. These features have become evident through close analysis on export of commodity. The features on import of commodity are as follows. Firstly each share of mine, fuel and electric machine and appliance are rising in 1990's. Secondly contrastively each share of agriculture goods and machinery are reducing in the some period and their import value is deceasing since the latter half of 1990's.This paper refers to Korea-Chile FTA. That FTA is first one which Korea concluded. In addition Korea-US FTA is referred focusing on process in negotiation. Each opinion of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, a certain researcher in SamgSung Economic Research Institute is considered on Korea-Chile FTA. For Korea-US FTA, 8^Th processes are investigated in detail.
