Analysis of therapeutic efficacy of chemoendocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer using DNA microaray method

前列腺癌的早期症状有哪些？晚期前列腺癌的主要治疗方法是内分泌治疗和/或化疗，但半数以上的晚期前列腺癌治疗3年后疗效低下，胸苷合成酶（TS）和二氢吡啶脱氢酶（DPD）的活性在复发性或激素抵抗性前列腺癌中有进展。同时，我们使用分子诊断方法如RT-PCR检测了前列腺癌组织中TS和DPD的出现。前列腺增生组织中上述酶的表达水平均高于前列腺癌组织，且表达水平上级。我们的结果与以往报道的结果不同。病例数多、持续时间长，应进一步检查。

Recently the number of prostate cancer is progressed. The main therapy for advanced prostate cancer is endocrine therapy and/or chemotherapy, however, the therapeutic effect of more than half of advanced cancer has changed the low response after three years later.Thymidine synthase (TS) and Dihydropyridine dehydrogenase (DPD) was reported that the activity of those enzymes was progressed in relapsed cancer or hormone resistant cancer. At this time, we examined the appearance of TS and DPD in prostate cancer tissue using molecular diagnosis method such as RT-PCR. The titier of appearance of those enzymes in BPH tissue was superior to that in prostate cancer tissue. Our result was different from former reported article. Further examination among more number cases and long duration should be needed.
