项目摘要

平成18年4月から薬学教育6年制がスタートする。6年制への制度改革にあたり中教審大学分科会から「6年制薬学教育についての分野別第三者評価システムの自主的設置」を強く養成された。これを受けて、日本薬学会・薬学教育改革大学人会議は第三者評価について検討することとした。大学人会議幹事会が中心となり、第三者評価検討委員会の設置を企画、科学研究費補助金の助成を受けて委員会がスタートした。科研費の研究者としては大学人会議座長の井上(帝京大)、会議の幹事のほか薬剤師会、病院薬剤師会、医療薬学会から推薦された委員から構成される。研究者番号を有さないメンバーやその後欠かせぬ人材であることが判明した委員を研究協力者として加えて検討を重ねてきた。これまでに、幹事会3回、研究班会議を兼ねた全体会議2回、評価基準、ガイドラインの原案作成を目指す勉強会を2回開催した。この間、井上、工藤、小沢委員の間での情報整理、意思統一などの機会を持ったほか、大学評価・学位授与機構、JABEE、大学評価学会からの情報収集、勉強会のための資料作成、基準の各大学における周知をはかるための配布用資料の作成、実習評価のWSの共同主催などをおこなった。検討課題は薬剤師養成を目的とした教育についての第三者による評価のあるべき姿、実施体制、などである。具体的課題としては1、評価基準、ガイドラインの試作2、評価の手順、機関の設定の試み3、評価の目的の明確化、どのような効果を期待するかなどである。評価基準、ガイドラインの案については出来るだけ速やかに公表を予定している。薬学会大学人会議、薬学会理事会、薬系大学長・学部長会議、新薬剤師養成問題懇談会などのほか各薬系大学、薬学部への公表、意見聴取が予定される。
