项目摘要

精神障害者地域生活支援センターの悉皆調査を行い、268箇所から回答を得た(回収率は64.6%)。同センターのソーシャルワーカーは、平均年齢35.2歳、精神保健福祉士保有が85.1%、社会福祉士保有が28.4%、社会福祉分野における経験年数は平均9.1年、精神保健福祉分野では平均8.0年であった。調査によりソーシャルワーク実践の評価指標(尺度)の日本版の作成し、尺度は合計34項目、4因子となった。それぞれ「問題予防や課題解決」「信頼関係を築く」「対人関係技能や自己評価を高める」「ケースマネージメント」のスキル群と命名できた。ソーシャルワーク実践の頻度に影響を与える要因を共分散分析によって分析した結果、精神保健福祉分野における経験年数(df=1、F値=5.21、有意確率=0.023、p<0.05)のみが有意であった。性別、精神保健福祉士資格の有無、社会福祉士資格の有無、学歴、高等教育機関における専攻が社会福祉学であるか否かは統計的に有意ではなかった。サービス・プログラムの提供の度合いに影響を与える要因を共分散分析によって分析した結果、サービス・プログラムの提供の度合いには、運営法人の種類、単独設置であるか否か、常勤スタッフの精神保健福祉士の数などは統計的に有意な影響がなかったが、常連メンバーの数(df=1、F値=7.872、有意確率=0.005、P<0.01)とソーシャルワーク実践の頻度(df=1、F値=61.311、有意確率=0.000、p<0.01)は統計的に有意な影響を及ぼしていた。つまり、常連メンバーが多いほど、サービス・プログラムの提供の度合いは多くなり、また、センターのソーシャルワーカーのソーシャルワーク実践の頻度が高いほど、その精神障害者地域生活支援センターにおけるサービス・プログラムの提供の度合いも高いということが明らかになった。
