It is necessary to promote the diversification of the employment system to secure the nurse. In Britain and United States university hospital and official institute, the foreign nurses are accepted.Foreign nurse' s acceptance increases in these countries every year. When the foreigner nurse is introduced once, it cannot help relying on it.Therefore, the human resource shortage doesn't come to cancel it by the foreign nurse introduction. In addition, the domestic nurse' s employment is also diversified, and various forms like the dispatch and the part-time job, etc. are accepted. There is no restriction shown in Japan. It makes efforts to the talent securing flexibly.However, because the foreign nurse' s introduction does' t solve the human resource shortage, it is necessary to examine the talent securing plan in the country.It is necessary to promote the diversification of employment patterns to secure talent in aged society with fewer children continuing, and how that considers work life balance to be established.

要促进就业制度的多元化，以确保护士。英美两国的大学医院和官方机构都接受外籍护士，外籍护士在这些国家的接受度逐年上升。一旦引进外籍护士，就不能不依赖，因此，人力资源的短缺并不因引进外籍护士而取消。此外，国内护士的就业也呈现多样化，接受派遣、兼职等多种形式。在日本没有限制。但由于引进外籍护士并不能解决人才短缺的问题，因此有必要重新审视国内的人才保障计划，在少子化的老龄化社会中保障人才，促进就业方式的多样化，以及如何兼顾工作与生活的平衡。
