项目摘要

産業活動が環境に与える影響を,都市化・工業化とそれによる緑被変化の側面から考察し,その地図情報化の方法を検討した。本年度は東京大都市圏を調査対象に選定して作業を行った。同時に来年度以降の研究に備え,関連情報・資料の収集にも努めた。基本となる技術上の検討は主として寄藤が担当し,各分担者はそれに従って個別に地図を作成した。それを統合した分析は来年度以降の課題である。1)工業化:企業情報と工場立地の原票を作成し,そこに示されたデ-タを工場の属性として座標上に表現し,地理情報にまとめる作業を行った。東京大都市圏では工場立地が高速道路の整備状況と密接に関係するので,道路敷設情報の地図化をも行い,この二つを重ね合わせる第一段階の作業を行った。対象年次は1980年。2)都市化:最新のデ-タは国土地理院が地図化しているので,1930年国勢調査を用いた作業が中心となった。都市化を人口密度で表現する場合,行政区画単位の面積を基礎にしては実態が把握できないため,5万分の1地形図の判読により実質的な「居住面積」を推定する手法を用いた。これによるメッシュ地図の有効性を証明した。3)緑被:工業化・都市化との関係で緑被を分析するためのデ-タベ-ス作成を試みた。はじめに自然生態系の自己修復力の観点から緑被を三つに類型化し,メッシュ地図で表現をした。東京大都市圏では当然「破壊型」が大部分であり,僅かに残る「対抗型」も急速な宅地化で消減の危機にさらされている。また,都市化地域の外緑で緑被があるとされた地域でも,メッシュ内最大面積をとると緑被ゼロで表現されるところが多いことが明らかになった。対象基準年次は1980年。
