项目摘要

本年度の研究では,設計チ-ムを形成するために建築設計,自動車設計,エレクトロニクスデザインの組織が工夫している仕組みに焦点をあて,そこでつくられる設計チ-ムと設計組織の構造上の特性との関係を捉えた。調査は,建築設計の組織10(ゼネコン5,設計事務所5)を中心に,比較資料として自動車5・エレクトロニクスデザイン5の20組織を対象とした。それぞれの対象について6回のヒアリング(調査I・II)を計画し,建築設計と自動車設計・エレクトロニクスデザイン組織のヒアリングが実行された。調査の内容は,設計組織の組織構成,設計チ-ムのつくられ方,設計のすすめ方の実態を把握するものである。調査Iでは組織構成と設計チ-ムの編成の方策をとらえ,調査IIでは実際の動きをとらえるために,いくつかの具体的なプロジェクトを対象にして,その設計チ-ムのメンバ-構成や設計プロセスを調査した。今年度の調査・分析から明らかになったことは,以下である。(1)調査結果から,設計チ-ムの種類を10の類型に分類された。これは,機能,設計対象種別,プロジェクト対応,設計プロセス区分,意志決定のあり方を分類の軸としており,それぞれの型ではその目的と特徴が異なっている。(2)組織の構造特性を,組織の構成,組織単位の構成,設計プロセスの制御の3つの面から分析した。組織構成の特性として,設計機能の統合と分化,設計対象に対応した組織構成が抽出された。また,組織単位という集合概念があり,その規模と特性がチ-ムメンバ-の組合せの自由度を決定している。(3)これらの組織の構造特性の組合せが,つくりだされる設計チ-ムの類型を規定している。

This year's research focuses on the structural characteristics and relationships of design organization, architectural design, automotive design, and organization. Survey: 10 organizations of architectural design (5 design firms), center, comparison data, 5 automatic vehicles, 5 design firms, 20 organizations. 6-loop design (Investigation I and II) is planned, and the design of architecture and the design of automobile are carried out. The concept of organization unit and set is determined by the degree of freedom of combination. (3)The combination of structural characteristics of the tissue is defined by the type of design.
