研究計画調書に基づいて,平成3年度の研究では以下に記した二つの課題を主要な目的として研究を行なった。最初に,相互に複雑な関連をもつと考えられる動画像,アニメ-ション,テキスト,音声などの情報メディア各々をオブジェクトとしてとらえ,オブジェクト間の構造あるいは相互の関係を可能な限り直接的に表現したオブジェクト指向に基づいたマルチメディアモデルを確立し,ワ-クステ-ションに構築し,本研究で提案する並行処理制御方式の対象とする基本的なオブジェクトベ-スモデルとした。つぎに,本研究の中心的なテ-マである高性能を有する並行処理制御方式の考察・提案を行なった。まず,従来から重点的に行ってきたオブジェクト指向デ-タベ-スシステムにおける並行処理制御方式の調査研究を総括し研究動向をまとめた。そのうえで,オブジェクトベ-スシステムで特に重要と考えられる協調作業環境の支援を充分に考慮した制御方式の提案を行なった。さらに,構築した基本的なオブジェクト指向のデ-タモデルを対象として,上記で提案した並行処理制御方式を適用し,実装を行なう準備を行なった。特に,本年度の研究で開発した高度リフトウエアとしては,マルチメディアプレゼンテ-ションシステムHarmonyがある。以上,本年度で計画していた研究およびソフトウエア開発に関する目標を滞りなく完了した。

In this paper, we construct the basic structure of the parallel processing control method, and prepare for the implementation of the parallel processing method. In particular, this year's research is highly developed and harmonious. This year's plan for research and development has been completed.
