本研究の最終目的は、企業の生産と設備投資の行動に焦点を絞って、集計データを用いて構築されるモデルが、ミクロデータに基づく分析結果からどう評価されるか、あるいはミクロデータを用いて推定されるモデルの情報をいかにマクロ分析に役立てることができるかを検討することである。そのために、本年度ではまで、ミクロデータを使った本格的なモデル推定に備え、高性能のパソコン1台とミクロデータ分析用のソフアウエア・LIMDEP Ver.7.0を購入した。また、設備投資行動を分析するためのパネルデータとして、経済学部で保有する「開発銀行企業財務データバンク」(平成6年版)をパソコンで自由に読みだし、解析するためのデータ管理システムを構築した(山田担当)。ついで、企業の生産単位である事業所,意志決定の主体であり、複数の事業所からなる企業、複数の企業ないし事業所の集合である産業、産業の集計としてのマクロ経済の関係を公表データのレベルで整合的に把握するために、鉄鋼業と機械産業をとりあげ、国民経済計算での産業部門別データと工業統計、生産動態統計、企業財務統計の関連を検討した(木下担当)。第3に、企業生産行動分析でミクロデータを使用する際の問題点として、集計データと個表データの整合性を、生産+受け入れ=販売+移転+在庫変動というバランス条件の面から検討し、集計レベルでの受け入れ=移転の関係が個表レヴェルでは成立していない可能性が大きく、直ちに個表データによるモデル推定は難しいという結論を得た(木下担当)。そこで、公表された事業所統計の産業品目集計データを用いて、企業の生産変動と在庫変動を説明すモデルを推定し、その性質をシミュレーション分析で検討した。(根元担当)
