项目摘要

多様なWEBコンテンツから情報を抽出する利用者の知的活動を支援する事を目的として、(1)E-コマース上の利用者志向の時間経過に伴う変化を自動的に抽出する手法を開発すること、(2)このために、商品情報や利用者の購買行動のコンテンツ情報を適応的に学習する技術を開発すること、(3)WEBデータを高速に分析することが可能なマイニング手法を開発し、WEBコンテンツを重視する推薦情報の提供を可能とすること、の3つのサブテーマを設定し研究を行った。この研究の主要な成果は、以下の3点である。まず、学習分類子システムと二部グラフ分解法の適用がある。具体的には、組織学習指向型分類子システムのアーキテクチャを用いて、RFIDタグを一般利用者のための利用者インタフェースとするような推薦システムを構築し、その可能性を検討し、WEB上の技術文書集合を対象として複数文書の要約システムを実現した。次に、3次元ベクトルを用いた顧客志向分析手法である。近年、インターネット上でもマーケティングの重要性が認識されつつある。マーケティングにおいて重要なのは、(1)「顧客が何に興味を示すのか」その可能性を的確に把握することと、(2)「最も顧客がお金を使う時」即ち、新しいことに興味を持ち始めてときを正確に把握することである。そこで、この2つの事象を的確に把握できるようにするため、顧客志向情報を顧客軸、志向分野軸、時間軸の3次元で格納する手法を提案した。最後に、携帯電話メールのスパム対策技術である。昨今、インターネットの普及と共に増大するスパムメールの問題は深刻化し、技術的な面のみならず、社会的にも問題となっている。ここではWEBデータ向きデータマイニング技術開発中に携帯電話のスパムメール対策技術として使える手法のアイデアを得、実用化への目途をたてると共に、汎用的な頻出データの抽出技術として一般化した。今後は、本研究で得られた成果を、コンテンツ配信、サイト管理などの問題に適用しながら、さらに改良を加えていく予定である。
