项目摘要

多様なWEBコンチンツから情報を抽出する利用者の知的活動を支援する事を目的として、本年度は、(1)組織学習指向型分類子システムを使った、WEB利用者の購買行動の時間変化分析・WEBマーケティングデータのクリックストリーム分析・インターネット書店むけの推薦システムなどの検討、(2)3次元ベクトル空間を用いた顧客志向動向の把握、(3)WEBデータ向きデータマイニング技術開発、の3つのサブテーマを設定し研究を行った。組織学習指向型分類子システムを使った各種研究においては、本年度は、ある程度共通性のある文章集合を入手した後の課題として情報量を減らしながら重要な内容だけを残す情報クリッピングの問題に注目して研究を行った。3次元ベクトル空間を用いた顧客志向動向の把握研究は、昨年度から引き続きマーケティング情報において必要となる顧客の志向情報とその動向を管理する手法を検討し、本年度はコンビニECサイトの拡販を目指し,実コンビニECサイトの購買情報からリコメンド情報を生成するシステムを開発した。また今年度からWEBデータ向きデータマイニング技術の開発に着手した。具体的にはWEBのhyper link構造を分析するのに適した技術として近年検討の進められているGraph Based Induction法についてアルゴリズムの見直しを行い、相関ルールと識別ルールの同時学習機能を実現した。さらに、リコメンダー手法に関連する人工知能技術に関するサーベィ、WEB上のリコメンダー手法に関する解説、進化計算手法の最新技術に関するサーベィ、情報検索と推薦手法の基本技術とを適用した情報クリッピング手法の提案、これらの基礎となるエージェント理論などの研究成果を外部発表した。
