项目摘要

平成17年度研究実績は以下の通りである。1.平成16年度に高精密デジタル画像化した嵯峨本『伊勢物語』(慶長13年初刊本)の印字と版面に写り込んだインテル・クワタの痕跡から以下の事柄が判明した。該書の印刷に使用された木活字は縦12・6mm、横14.2mmを全角とし、縦寸法2〜4倍に規格化されたものである。(2)組版はベタ組みである。(3)インテルの幅は2.6mmである。これらのデータをもとに、2DビジュアルCGによる組版想定図を作成した。2.該書の印字悉皆調査をコンピュータ上で行い、印字の精細な異同識別によって、使用された木活字が2130種にのぼることが判明した。この印字悉皆調査の結果を「印字標本集」として、本研究課題の研究成果報告書に公開した。3.研究協力者高木浩明を中心に、嵯峨本『伊勢物語』初刊11伝本の全丁調査を行い、部分異植字という組版上の特色とその具体的異同状況を明らかにした。この成果も研究成果報告書に公開している。4.上記の研究成果を、「嵯峨本『伊勢物語』の活字と組版」と題して、日本近世文学会平成17年度秋季大会(於奈良女子大学、2005年11月5日)で口頭発表した。この発表にもとづく論文を学会誌『近世文芸』に投稿した。5.コンピュータを用いた書誌学、印刷史研究の方法の開発について、開発協力者津田光弘(研究協力者)と連名で、「嵯峨本『伊勢物語』の木活字及び組版分析モデルに関する報告」と題して、第11回公開シンポジウム・人文科学とデータベース(2005年12月3日,於大阪樟蔭女子大学)で口頭発表した(発表者はプログラム開発者の津田)。
