Research on the international harmonization and mutual recognition of financial supervision/regulation

这项研究完成了两项任务：1)与野村教授的团队合作，将日本法律和案例的英译本发布在我们的主页上；2)研究国际贸易与日本相关改革之间的关系，调查相互影响，确定问题，传递研究成果，通过论文提出新的立法建议，在日本和海外发表学术报告，出版美国出版商的英文书籍，举办一些国际研讨会和研讨会。

This Research has done two tasks : 1) collaborated with Prof. Nomura's group, our English translation of Japanese laws and cases is published through our Homepage; 2) will looked at the relationship between international transactions and relevant reformations of Japan, investigated mutual impact, defined problems, transmit ted the research results, and proposed new legislation by papers, academic presentations in both Japan and overseas, publishing English book from an American publisher, having some international workshops and symposium.
