The aim of this research is to measure of quality and productivity of non-marketable services such as finance, medical and nursing care and education. Moreover, the importance of information security is also discussed.Results are in the followings:The importance of role of main-bank as information provider,and positive effect of efficiency of banks on TFP growth of customer companies;The importance of cost-utility analysis in the field of medical cares,and cost of nursing care results in decrease of degree of severity of elderly persons;Effects of TV and Video game on children is not so large, but appropriate control of parents is necessary,and the quality of college education does not influence so much on the wages.

这项研究的目的是衡量金融、医疗和护理以及教育等非市场服务的质量和生产率。研究结果表明：主银行作为信息提供者的重要性和银行效率对客户企业TFP增长的积极影响;医疗领域成本效用分析的重要性和护理成本导致老年人严重程度的降低;电视和电子游戏对孩子的影响并不大，但父母的适当控制是必要的，大学教育质量对工资的影响并不大。
