Asset management for the group of agricultural faclities based on the risk for soil erosion using the data assimilation

数据同化技术、地表/内部土壤侵蚀和震害风险数值模型已被推广，并应用于作为农业设施的土壤结构的功能诊断，如灌溉池塘堤防。结合资产管理、成本效益和公共账户的经济理念，在假定灌溉池塘群是提供社会效益的社会资本/资产的前提下，开发了灌溉池塘群资产管理系统。该系统是在现有农业设施存量管理系统的基础上扩展而来，维护农业用水网络。它还可以应用于土建和土地资源，如堤防。

The data assimilation technique, the numerical model for surface/internal soil erosion and the risk for earthquake damage have been extended and applied to the functional diagnosis for the soil structure as the agricultural facility, e.g., the embankment of irrigation pond. The asset management system for the group of irrigation ponds has been developed combining with the economical concept of asset managament, cost-benefit and public account under the assumption that such facility are social capital/asset supplying the social benefit. This system is extended from the existing the stock management system for agricultural facility and maintains the network of agricultural water use. It can also be applied to the civil and earth resources, e.g., the levee.
