本年度は大きく2つの研究項目を実施した。1つは昨年度に続いて、メタ認知の高低に影響する学習行動に関する分析、2つ目はそれに基づいた学習ダッシュボードデザインである。1つ目については、昨年度ではメタ認知高低郡で学習行動のシーケンスを確認したが、本年度ではメタ認知が高い学習者がよく行う学習行動で、且つ、高い成績に影響する行動がどういう行動によって引き起こされ、その先にどういう行動を引き起こすのか前後の関係に絞って分析を行った。その結果、メタ認知高群は特徴となる学習行動をキーにして、自分の理解状況を把握しながら、個人と他者の学習状況を往還しながら学習行動をとっているのに対し、メタ認知低群についてはテキストで学ぶ行動が振り返りへの行動へつながっていないこと、テキスト読解でもページを飛ばしながら、マーカーを足したり、消したりする行動が見られた。2つ目は1つ目の結果に基づき、開発する学習ダッシュボードのデザインを検討した。キーとなる学習行動と、その前後の行動や連続する行動についてシーケンス表現をし、その頻度の可視化、時系列になっているかどうかの可視化について検討を行った。上記1つ目と本件の分析とその分析結果の検討をミシガン大学で行い、成績推定の考え方の導入や、学習方略抽出の観点からの可視化も検討する必要があることが指摘された。さらに、結果の再現性の確認が今年度はできなかったため、その再現性確認後にデザインを固めて開発に入ることを検討している。
