The project aims to achieve cost transparency in connection with open access publications by standardising the processes for funding and financing open access publications at the IOW and closing information gaps. At the same time, budget planning will be improved through the introduction of a digital publication registration system and a further increase in the open access share of the IOW's publication volume will be sought through intensive information services.
