项目摘要

The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of consciousness and values KENDO instructors have, The investigation was conducted on dojo instructors and academic institution instructors of KENDO in April, 1998. It was done through double postal mail, and 2,715 pieces of investigation paper were collected. The collection rate was 46.4 %.The examination was made about the difference of consciousness with dojo instructors and academic institution instructors of KENDO by the data of the investigation.About the consciousness of KENDO, 1 2 factors were extracted by factor analysis.On three factors, the difference of consciousness occurred at the place of lesson as follows ;In 'discipline lesson factor" and "academic institution favorable treatment expectation factor ", dojo instructors were more affirmative than academic institution instructors.In "sexual consideration factor", academic institution instructors were more affirmative than dojo instructors.In some other factors, the difference of consciousness was found according to DAN grade.And about values for KENDO, 4 factors were extracted by factor analysis.The results obtained as next ;In "healthy increase factor", 5 6 DAN groups of academic institution instructors were particularly inferiorIn "life fulfillment factor" "KENDO succession factor" "honor acquisition factor", the instructors of higher DAN rank were more affirmative than the instructors of lower DAN rank.

本研究的目的在于厘清剑道指导教师所具有的意识与价值观。本研究于1998年4月以剑道的道场指导教师与学术机构指导教师为对象进行调查。通过双邮寄方式，共收集调查问卷2,715份。本研究利用问卷调查的资料，对健道的道场导师与学术机构导师在健道意识上的差异进行了检验，并对健道意识进行了因子分析，提取出12个因子，在三个因子上，健道意识在上课地点上的差异分别为：（1）上课地点;在“学科课程因子”与“学术机构优待期望因子”上，道场导师较学术机构导师为肯定，在“性别考量因子”上，学术机构导师较道场导师为肯定，在其他因子上，通过因子分析，提取出4个因子，并对KENDO评分进行因子分析，结果如下：在“健康成长因子”、“生命成就因子”、“剑道传承因子”、“荣誉获得因子”中，DAN级别较高的教官比DAN级别较低的教官更肯定。
