本研究は実践的研究により子ども虐待予防・再発防止のための包括的支援（個別支援とグループ支援）を効果的に担うための支援者（保健師等）育成プログラムを作成し、その効果を検証することを目的としている。2022年度は先行研究をもとに、個別支援とグループ支援を活用した包括的支援を行うために必要な能力の構成要素について階層分析法を用いて検討し抽出した。結果、第一、第二、第三階層に能力項目を構造化し、能力構成要素を抽出した。具体的に、第一階層：「A組織、体制」「B個別支援」「Cグループ支援」「D関係機関・職種とのネットワーク」、第二階層：「A1支援のための研修体制」「A2支援者が相談・指導・支援を受けられる体制」、「B1コミュニケーションと信頼関係の構築」「B2情報収集とアセスメント」「B3包括的支援計画の立案」「B4グループにつなぐ・参加継続の支援」「B5個別支援評価」、「C1グループ運営・役割」「C2グループ参加に必要な個別支援」「C3グループ支援評価」、「D1関係機関・関係者とのネットワーク」「D2役割分担・連携・協働」、第三階層には「キャリアに応じた研修企画・実施・評価」「先輩から後輩へ体験を通じて知恵や技の伝授」「同対象が利用する一連の支援を共に体験」「母親とのコミュニケーションを図り信頼関係を築く」「グループに参加することで期待される効果を説明」「グループ参加の目標を確認・共有」「個別支援の評価と活用」「母親が改善するプロセスの理解」「グループ参加の適応判断」「安心できるグループ環境整備」「支援者間の目標共有」「グループ支援の評価と活用」「関係者間の役割分担」「連携・調整」などが抽出された。今後、これらの能力項目案の妥当性を検証する予定である。
