本研究では、ポストコロナにおける観光レジリエンスの向上をガバナンスとの関係から検討し、地方観光の持続可能な発展に向けてガバナンスのあり方を明らかにすることである。令和4年度の研究計画では宮崎県西米良村と沖縄県竹富町を事例に調査を予定していたが、コロナ禍による観光行動の変容と観光産業への影響を、観光復興に取り組む地域の事例をもとに検討した。本文献研究及び関係者へのヒアリングをもとに観光人材育成のためのリスキリングプログラムの策定に取り組んだが、これまでの研究結果をまとめ、予定していた現地調査を行う予定である。

This study is aimed at exploring the possible development of local light and its upward relationship. The research plan for the fourth year of this year is to investigate the case of Miyazaki, Miriyoshi and Taketomi, and to determine the impact of the light industry on the development of the light industry. The results of this study and related research are as follows: (1) the selection and selection of talent development strategies;(2) the selection and selection of talent development strategies; and (3) the selection and selection of talent development strategies.
