项目摘要

本研究は、室町幕府奉行人の存在形態の分析を通じて幕府内における政務処理の実態や幕府権力の展開過程を検討するものである。その際、「幕府へ直結する存在」として奉行人層が一定の求心力を有していた点に注目し、荘園領主層や武家勢力との関係に注目したい。それによって、室町幕府の訴訟処理方式を当該期の社会的変容の過程から捉え直すことができると考えられる。採用初年度にあたる本年度は、活字史料の網羅的収集に加え、主に東京大学史料編纂所で室町・戦国期における寺社・武家関係史料の収集・調査を行い、研究を実施した。今年度の研究実施状況は以下の通りである。(1)応仁・文明の乱前後における室町幕府奉行人の動向について、当該期における有力奉行人層の政治的立ち位置の変化や文書発給に留まらない活動の実態から検討を加えた。この成果は現在、学術雑誌へ投稿中である。(2)室町期、東寺に設置された担当奉行である東寺奉行の活動形態を検討し、その就任経緯の変化や役割拡大の過程を考察した。この成果は2022年12月に東寺文書研究会で口頭報告した上、学術雑誌へ投稿中である。(3)応仁・文明の乱以後に荘園現地の名主沙汰人を宛所とした幕府奉行人奉書が定着する経緯について、当該期の政治情勢や荘園領主層の動向から具体化を試みた。この成果は2023年2月に日本史研究会中世史部会で口頭報告をした上、来年度中に学術雑誌へ投稿することを予定している。

This study analyzes the existence of the Muromachi shogunate and the development process of government affairs handling within the shogunate. (3) After the chaos of civilization, the famous owner of the present place of the garden, Shatai Ren, Wansuo and the shogunate official, wrote the letter. When the political situation of the period is determined and the trends of the Soyuan lords level are concrete, it will be tried and tested. The results are an oral report at the Medieval History Section meeting of the Japan Historical Research Association in February 2023, and a submission to the Chinese Academic Journal for the coming year is scheduled to be submitted.
