1.Sgortが印刷して稀購本は(8篇を除いて)全部購入に成功.2.それを年代順に整理して, Short印刷所の年次別仕事量の実際調査はほぼ完了したが, 仕上げるには至らなかった.3.Shortが用いたすべての活字や図版の収集と整理は完全に行うことが出来たので, 中間報告書としてまとめた. (vi+143ページより成る別添の報告を参照. )この成果はShort研究史上最初の大がかりな研究成果で, 今後のこの分野における研究のモデルとなる筈.4.シェイクスピア作品の印刷過程の書誌学的分析は未完.5.報告書の作成:上記3項通り, 研究史上最初の成果をまとめた. 英文で用意した意図は国内のみならず国外(とくに英米)の学会を主たる目標にしたということ.6.今後の展開:仕上げには至らなかった仕事量の実態の分析の完成とシェイクスピア本文の書誌学的解明をさらに進める. できれば63年度の科研費の補助を仰ぎたい.

The preparation of the report: the three items mentioned above, the first achievements in the history of research. 6. The future development: the analysis of the actual state of affairs and the completion of the explanation of the bibliography of this article.
