Results of this project were as following ; (1) Macrophage cell line (P388D_1, J744, J111) had two H_1 receptors which had different affinity, (2) T cell line (BW5147) has also two H_1 receptors which had different affinity and receptor number from those of macrophage cell line, (3) H_1 stimulation (Histamine + H_2 antagonist) stimulated cell proliferation, but H_2 stimulation (Histamine + H_1 antagonist) inhibited it.

该项目的结果如下：（1）巨噬细胞系（2）T细胞株（BW 5147）也有两种H_1受体，其亲和力和受体数目与巨噬细胞株不同;（3）H_1刺激（组胺+ H_2拮抗剂）促进细胞增殖，H_2刺激（组胺+ H_1拮抗剂）抑制细胞增殖。
