An animal model of collagen type II-specific monoclonal antibody-induced arthritis has been used for the evaluation of various therapeutic effects in joint inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis. We aimed to make a model for interstitial pneumonia of rheumatoid arthritis using this arthritis model. A commercially available antibody cocktail containing four monoclonal anti-type II collagen antibodies were injected into 6 to 8-week-old female DBA/1 female mice and 50 uL lipopolysaccharide was injected 3 days later. The clinical manifestations of RA were recorded and scored at 10 days (acute stage) and 21 days (chronic stage). Then the mice were sacrificed for histological analysis of interstitial pneumonia. We found that an animal model for interstitial pneumonia of rheumatoid arthritis was made by repeated injection with the Anthritogenic mAB Cocktail and lipopolysaccharide. A mild edema and slight infiltration of mononuclear cells were found in the alveolar wall treated with the Cocktail in mice in groups treated with 2mg x3 times and 4mg x once. The measurement of collagen amount and specific staining for collagen needs to clarify the fibrotic change in the lung. This model can be useful to investigate the mechanism of interstitial pneumonia due to rheumatoid arthritis and the evaluation of medications for intersititial pneumonia.

一种ii型胶原特异性单克隆抗体诱导的关节炎动物模型已被用于评估类风湿关节炎关节炎症的各种治疗效果。我们的目的是利用该关节炎模型制作类风湿关节炎间质性肺炎模型。将市售的含有4种单克隆抗II型胶原抗体的抗体鸡尾酒注射到6 ~ 8周龄雌性DBA/1小鼠体内，3天后注射50 uL脂多糖。分别于第10天（急性期）和第21天（慢性期）记录RA的临床表现并评分。然后处死小鼠进行间质性肺炎的组织学分析。我们发现，通过反复注射无致病性单抗鸡尾酒和脂多糖，建立了类风湿关节炎间质性肺炎动物模型。2mg × 3次和4mg × 1次给药组小鼠肺泡壁轻度水肿，单核细胞轻度浸润。胶原蛋白量的测定和胶原蛋白特异性染色需要明确肺纤维化的改变。该模型可用于类风湿关节炎间质性肺炎发病机制的研究和间质性肺炎药物治疗的评价。
