项目摘要

日韓米の経営比較研究は、文献サ-ベイのほか、日韓の比較を中心に実証研究を行った。研究内容をまとめてみると以下のようになる。(1)戦後の韓国企業は中心は財閥ということで特徴づけられる。日本は戦前には派閥は大きな役割を果たしていたが、戦後財閥解体し、系列化や企業集団化は進んでいるがいわゆる同族支配の財閥とは性格を異にしている。しかし、韓国こ財閥企業は、近代的な大工場を有するに至っており、日本の大工場とそれほどの技術格差はみられない。しかしながら、1人当たりのGNPは1987年で韓国は日本の14%であり付加価値でも同様である。この経済的格差、生産性格差はどこから生じているのであろうか。(2)この日韓の経済的格差の一つとして考えられるものに下請企業システムの有無がある。韓国の自動車とくに輸出される自動車の部品の80%は日本からの輸入である。韓国の自動車輸出が伸びれば、韓国の日本への部品支払代金も増大するメカニズムとなっている。これを是正し韓国内の部品供給を増大させるためには、韓国に下請企業システムを構築することが一つの解決策となる。この研究では日韓の下請企業の比較を行うため実態調査を行ない、日本に比較し韓国の下請企業は、人材や資本の受入れが少なく親企業への依存度が低い、従業員の企業への忠誠心も弱く終身雇用、年功序列などの日本的経営もあまりしていない等日韓の相違が明らかにされた。

However, there is a lack of talent and capital input, low dependence on the company, weak loyalty of employees to the company, lifetime employment, and a lack of seniority in Japanese managers.
