本年度は昨年に引き続き,企業文化に関する調査とその分析を行った。昨年度の調査結果により、企業文化は、企業の経営戦略、組織・人事など経営管理のあり方と密接な関係のあることが判明した。しかし、同時に、企業の経営管理だけでは説明のつかない企業文化における現象の相違もあり、企業文化にはより多くの他の要因が関係しているのではないかという推測も得られた。本年は、この不明の要因を探ることに重点を置き、経営理念等多くの要因をとり入れ、企業文化との関係を明らかにするためのアンケート調査とインタビュー調査を企業に対し行った。繊維、食品、鉄鋼電機、自動車造船、商社・デパート・スーパーという業界を選び、約450社の上場会社に対しアンケート調査を行った。回答は約75社と少なかったが、その分析の結果,やはり経営戦略と経営管理の方式は企業文化と強い相関にあること,しかし、経営理念など、とくに表面的な社是社訓は経営文化とは直接に関係していないという結果が得られた。さらに詳細な分析はこれからも行う予定である。
