国際学術連合(ICSU)で計画された地球圏ー生物圏国際協同研究(IGBP)は検討を重ね1990年秋5つの課題について研究がまず始められた。日本も積極的にこの研究計画に参加協力するため,昨年学術会議,改租されたIGBP国内委員会と密接に連絡をとりつつ、本研究課題の研究を進めた。1.関連国内外の関係諸機関と連繋し,関係資料の収集整理を行なった。資料は大島,吉野で保管している。2.すでに実施している5つの課題については,各課題ごとに小委員会をつくり,日本の実施計画の検討と各国際SSCの連絡にあたっており,一部は研究が開始された。(旅費は主として各小委員会の開催に使用)3.日本の実施計画案の英文レポ-ト(JAPANーIGBP REPORT No1)をつくり,国際機関,国内機関,各国関係者に配布した。4.国内に広く情報を衆知させるため,IGBPニュ-スNo1,No2を作成し,関係各所に配布した。5.日本学術会議主催のIGBPシンポジウムの報告を英文で作成,近く出版の予定である。6.本研究班が中心になり,アジアーモンス-ン地域を中心としたIGBP国際シンボジウムを早稲田大学国際会議場で1992年3月27日〜29日開催する。全体会議は組織委員会を兼ねて行はれた。プロン-デングは本年秋出版の予定である。

The International Consortium of Academics (ICSU) project was launched in the autumn of 1990 for the International Collaborative Study of Geosphere and Biosphere (IGBP). Japan actively participated in the joint research project, held the academic conference last year, changed the lease to IGBP domestic committee close contact, and made progress in the research of this research topic. 1. The relationship between domestic and foreign institutions is linked, and the collection and arrangement of relationship data are carried out. The data is stored in Oshima, Yoshino. 2. The implementation of the five projects, the small committee on each project, the discussion of the implementation plan in Japan and the liaison with the international SSC, and the beginning of a reverse study. 3. Japan's implementation plan (JAPAN IGBP REPORT No. 1) is distributed to international agencies, domestic agencies, and international relations. 4. Domestic information is widely known today,IGBP No. 1, No. 2 is created, and the relationship between each office is distributed. 5. The main report of the Japanese academic conference was prepared in English and published in advance. 6. The IGBP International Conference Hall of Waseda University opened March 27 - 29, 1992. The plenary session organizes the committee and the meeting. This year's issue is scheduled.
