Management of Post-operative Pain after Day Case Surgery

^<<O！>>氟比洛芬注射液是氟比洛芬的前体药物，对前列腺素的生物合成有强烈的抑制作用。它是一种非甾体静脉镇痛药，由氟比洛芬酯脂肪乳化而成。当静脉给药时，它在体内迅速水解为氟比洛芬。它具有良好的镇痛作用，可有效缓解普通外科手术后的疼痛和各种癌症引起的疼痛。在局部麻醉下进行手术时，口服药物可能令人满意，但在静脉镇静或全身麻醉下进行治疗时，这些药物通常不适用，特别是在口腔手术后。因此，本研究旨在研究ROPION^<<O！>>口腔手术后疼痛的注射治疗。40例患者在术后疼痛难以忍受时，随机分为两组：20例在静脉镇静下进行磨牙拔除术，20例在全身麻醉下进行矢状劈开截骨术。在给药后2小时内每10分钟使用100 mm视觉模拟量表评估疼痛。注射对于控制口腔手术后的术后疼痛非常有用，并且所有患者的术后疼痛在给药后10至70分钟几乎消失。

ROPION^<<O!>> Injection is a pro-drug of flurbiprofen which strongly inhibits biosynthesis of prostaglandin. It is an non-steroidal intravenous analgesic agent prepared by fat-emulsifying flurbiprofen axtil. When administered intravenously, it is rapidly hydrolyzed into flurbiprofen in the body. Its excellent analgesic actions make it effective against post-operative pain for general surgery and pain associated with various types of cancer.When surgery is performed under local anaesthesia, oral drugs may be satisfactory, but when patients are treated under intravenous sedation or general anaesthesia these are generally unsuitable, especially just after oral surgery. Therefore this study was designed to investigate the effect of ROPION^<<O!>> Injection for post-operative pain of oral surgery.40 patients, who were administrated intravenously 50 mg of flurbiprofen axtil in one dose when they declared unendurable post-operative pain, were randomly entered into the study : 20 patients received the surgical removal of molars under intravenous sedation, 20 patiens received the sagittal split osteotomy under general anaesthesia. Pain was assessed every 10 minutes for 2 hours after the administration using a 100 mm visual analogue scale.The results showed that ROPION^<<O!>> Injection was very useful to control post-operative pain after oral surgery, and that the post-operative pain almost disappeared from 10 to 70 minutes after the administration in all patients.
