项目摘要
We investigated on the change of forest vegetation corresponding to the climate zone sifting which will be caused by the global warming. And also investigated on the method for maintenance of such forest ecosystems. We conducted systematic investigation on I ; gene conservation, II ; genetic variation concerning to the physiological and ecological features, III ; population genetics, IV ; estimation of adaptability to the new environment, V ; selection of adaptable races to the environmental change especially on the species of Pinaceae, Betulaceae, Fagaceae.Main actual researches are as follows ;1.Regeneration system and genetic variation of Picea polita forest.2.Hybrid formation among Quercus species.3.Classification of Larix species by using DNA analysis.4.Classification of Betula species by using DNA analysis.5.Genetic variation among populations of Fagus crenata in western Japan.As the result, we could obtain the inflammations on species feature and genetic variation of main species of Pinacea, Betulaceae, Fagaceae. We could also collect important gene resources for the further development of eco-physiological study on global warming.
研究了全球气候变暖引起的气候带变化对森林植被的影响。并探讨了维持这种森林生态系统的方法。本研究对松科、桦木科、壳斗科植物的遗传多样性进行了系统的研究,主要包括:Ⅰ、基因保存Ⅱ、生理生态性状遗传变异Ⅲ、群体遗传Ⅳ、环境适应性评价Ⅴ、环境适应性小种的选择。1.云杉林的更新系统和遗传变异。2.栎属种间杂种的形成。3.落叶松属种的DNA分析分类。4.桦木属种的DNA分析分类。5.日本西部毛豆种群间的遗传变异。通过对松科、桦木科、壳斗科主要种的物种特征和遗传变异的研究,获得了松科、桦木科、壳斗科主要种的物种特征和遗传变异。为进一步开展全球气候变暖的生态生理研究积累了重要的基因资源。
