本総合研究(B)は、平成5年度から3ケ年の計画で始まる重点領域研究「音声・言語・概念の統合的処理による対話の理解と生成に関する研究」(領域番号242)の準備として、基本方針を検討し、研究課題を設定するために実施されるものである。5回にわたり研究会等を開催し、下記の活動を行った。1.下記の5計画班を組織し、基本計画を策定した。(X00)総括班、(A01)音声対話における音声の認識と合成(4研究課題)、(A02)音声対話における言語の解析と生成(4月究課題)、(A03)音声対話における概念の理解と表出(4研究課題)、(A04)音声言語による対話過程のモデル化(4研究課題)。2.本領域の研究の基本方針について、対話の確点から音声・言語・概念を系統的に捉え、不確実さの解明、情報理論的評価・記号系とパターン系の融合、対話の状況理論やオートマトンによるモデル化、対話コーパス設計などに関して、討議した。3.状況理論に関して、チュートリアルを持ち、班員相互の交流を深め、来年度への基礎作りを行った。4.対話コーパスについて国内外の調査を行った。5.重点領域の総括班の運営方針について討議し、来年度のスムースな開始を行う準備を行った。6.学術審議会・科学研究費審査部会・重点領域研究審査会・音声対話小委員会に、本研究のメンバーの一部が参画し、平成5年度の研究課題について審査を行い、課題を採択した。計画研究として、5課題、公募研究として16課題を採択した。

The theory of the situation is related to the development of the company, the exchange of class members, and the basic work of the next year. 4. The investigation of domestic and foreign affairs should be carried out in response to the investigation. 5. Focus areas include overall shift management policy discussions, and preparations for the start of the next year. 6.
