IN 1992 AND 1993, THE METHODS OF SAMPLING,PRESERVATION AND PRE-TREATMENT WERE STANDARDIZED AS ROUTINE WORK.ANALITICAL CONDITIONS WERE ALSO STANDARDIZED.EFFECTS OF GROWING PERIODS AND STAGES OF TOMATO PLANTS ON THE MINERAL CONCENTRATIONS IN SAP AND THE DIFFERENCE OF THE MINERAL CONCENTRATIONS IN TOMATO CULTIVARS WERE STUDIED.IN 1994, EFFECTS OF MINIMUM TEMPERATURE ON THE MINERAL CONCENTRATIONS IN TOMATO PLANT SAP WERE STUDIED DURING WINTER SEASON.THE CONCENTRATION OF MINERALS IN PLANT SAP BETWEEN SEASONS WERE ALSO CHECKED.EFFECTS OF THE CONCENTRATION AND SHORTAGE OF MINERALS IN THE NUTRIENT SOLUTION ON THE GROWTH AND TEH CONCENTRATION OF MINERALS IN THE SAP OF TOMATO PLANTS WERE INVESTIGATED.THE RELATIONS BETWEEN CULTURAL METHODS AND PLANT GROWTH,MINERALS CONCENTRATION IN PLANT SAP,AND FRUITS YIELDS WERE STUDIED SUCCESSIVELY FOR ONE YEAR IN THE EXCELLENT GROWER'S NURSERYE.THE VARIATION OF MINERALS CONCENTRATION IN THE NUTRIENT SOLUTION AND IN THE PLANT SAP DEPENDING ON THE POSITION IN THE GREENHOUSE WERE ALSO CHECKED.MELON,MITSUBA AND ROSE WERE TESTED,TOO.FINALLY,OPTIMUM RANGES OF THE CONCENTRATION OF MINERALS IN PLANT SAP FOR DIAGNOSIS WERE PROPOSED.
