In this basic research, various problems, concerning the security of the information system, were examined and elucidated interdisciplinary-technical side and legal side.We had examinated practical and legal guarantees of security system concerning message authentication, person identification etc on multimedia-network.In the multi-media society, where all human relations are recorded in the network, traditional legal theory based on face to face contracts and pcycological intention of contractors became inapplicabe. We intended to propose substitute theory.In addition, we had examined the network communication ethics for the human relation developed in the cyber world.Moreover the followings were elucidated :-legal system for the privacy protection (including international comparative laws)-the information ecvidence preservation method with optical disk-system auditing for the privacy protection-crisis manegement for the safety of information system in a critical situation such as earthquakes.

在这一基础性研究中，从跨学科技术和法律的两个方面对信息系统的安全问题进行了研究和阐述，探讨了多媒体网络上的信息认证、个人身份识别等安全系统的实用保障和法律的保障。传统的以面签合同和合同当事人的心理意图为基础的法律的理论已不再适用。本研究旨在提出替代理论，并对网络世界中发展起来的人际关系进行了网络传播伦理学的考察，阐明了隐私权保护的法律的体系（包括国际比较法）、光盘信息证据保存方法、隐私权保护的系统审计、地震等危急情况下信息系统安全的危机管理等内容。
