项目摘要

実験動物として,体重約2.0kg前後の家兎を用い,実験腫瘍として家兎に可移植性のVX_2癌を用いた.まず,家兎の大腿筋肉内よりVX_2癌組織を取り出し,EagleMEM培養液で生細胞数が5×10^5個1mlになるように調整した.そのうち,0.1mlを左頬粘膜下に注入し,移植後、5,10,15,20日で家兎を薬殺した.腫瘍内血管の検索として,VB-HE染色を、腫瘍内神経の検索にはUngewitterの尿素硝酸銀法のPowers改変法に上野が改良を加えた神経染色(1961)を施した.本年はこのうち,5,10日例について検討した.〈結果〉移植したVX_2癌は,家兎の頬粘膜下に着床し,経日的に増殖していた.5日例:腫瘍細胞は静脈壁の一部を破壊し,静脈内へと浸潤していた.動脈の弾性線維の連続性は保たれており,腫瘍細胞による影響は認められなかった.神経線維は,一部に軽度の変性を認めたが,ほとんどが健常であった.10日例:腫瘍内動脈の外壁に変性を認めるものが認められはじめ,内皮細胞の剥離が観察された.神経線維は,軽度な変性を示すものも多く,さらには強度な変性も認められはじめた.また,リンパ節転移も認められるようになってきた.今後,15,20日例の検討を重ねる予定である.
The animals weighed about 2.0 kg, and the transplantable VX_2 carcinoma was used. VX_2 cancer tissue was extracted from the muscle of the thigh and the number of cells in EagleMEM culture medium was adjusted to 5×10^5 1ml. After transplantation, 0.1ml was injected into the left cheek submucosa, 5, 10, 15, 20 days later. VB-HE staining for the detection of blood vessels in tumors,VB-HE staining for the detection of neurologic cells in tumors, modification of the Ungewitter Silver Nitrate Method, Ueno's modification of neurologic staining (1961). This year, the 5th and 10th day of the year, we will continue to discuss this issue. <Results> After transplantation, VX_2 cancer implanted under the buccal mucosa of the family and proliferated throughout the day. On the 5th, for example, tumor cells broke through part of the vein wall and infiltrated into the vein. The blood vessel's linear dimension and connectivity are protected, and the tumor cell's influence is recognized. The blood vessels of the heart were divided into two groups: one group was divided into two groups, the other group was divided into two groups, the other group was divided into two groups. The mental dimension is different, and the intensity is different. The first time I saw you, I was thinking about you. From now on, 15 and 20 days of regular review will be scheduled.
