【研究目的】本研究では、一県を対象として、生涯スポーツ推進関連事業を展開している市町村に在住の高齢者を対象に、健康・体力づくりを志向した生活様式や生活行動および体力・運動能力の実態を統計調査によって明かにすることを通して、生涯スポーツ推進事業の実施に伴う健康生活の変容過程と、体力・運動能力への影響について検討することを目的とした.そのために,健康生活と体力・運動能力の実態を同一個人について調査することによって,生活様式や生活行動における健康・体力づくりを規定する要因を相関分析に検討した.【研究計画・方法】調査対象:生涯学習・生涯スポーツプログラムに参加している某県内在住の60歳以上の男女計約1,500名。調査期間:平成6年9月〜1日(市町村、クラブの年間計画に合わせた)。調査内容:1)体力・運動能力テスト(高齢者用):身長、体重、長座位体前屈、垂直式脚筋力、握力、12分間歩行。起き上がり、連続その場跳び、立幅跳び、垂直跳び、反復横跳びと、これらの運動動作。2)健康生活調査:生活環境状況、運動・スポーツ実施状況(スポーツクラブ参加状況を含む)、生活時間構造(睡眠、食生活、余暇生活、労働生活など)、生活様式、生活行動(保健行動、体力維持増進行動)、運動・スポーツ欲求、健康体力欲求、など。調査系統:某県教育庁保健体育課、生涯学習課および各市町村の社会体育担当の協力を得手実施した。統計的分析:統計単位は個人とした.以上のような視点で統計解析法を用いて分析中である.生涯スポーツを志向したスポーツライフを規定する生活様式および生活行動要因の検討.健康体力づくりのための生活様式および生活行動要因と体力との相互依存関係の検討.調査日程:打ち合わせ,調査の依頼等の準備:4月.調査票の作成と予備調査:5月〜6月.本調査の実施:9月〜1月.回収と資料整理:11月〜現在継続中.統計的分析とまとめ:2月〜現在継続中.

[Objective] This study aims to investigate the lifestyle, lifestyle, physical activity, and physical activity status of people living in urban and rural areas, and promote the development of related businesses. Physical and athletic abilities are the most important factors affecting physical fitness and athletic ability. Health, physical strength, exercise ability, and behavior of the same person are investigated, and life style, physical strength, and exercise ability are determined. Survey contents:1) Physical strength and exercise ability (for tall people): body length, weight, long seat forward flexion, vertical leg strength, grip strength, 12-minute walking. Starting from the top, continuous field jump, vertical jump, vertical jump, repeated horizontal jump, and movement. 2)Health Life Survey: Living Environment Status, Exercise Status, Participation Status, Lifetime Structure (Sleep, Food Life, Leisure Life, Health Life), Lifestyle, Lifestyle Action (Health Action, Physical Maintenance), Exercise Status, Health Physical Desire. Investigation system: A district education, health care, physical education, career learning, and social sports in cities and villages were successfully implemented. Statistical analysis: Statistics for the individual. The statistical analysis method is used in the analysis. Life style and life action factors are discussed. Health and physical strength are important factors in life and physical strength are interdependent. Schedule of investigation: preparation for investigation: April.
