项目摘要

1.各種生理学的指標の同時計測およびその処理・評価法の検討心拍の呼吸性変動(RSA)の周波数解析による定量的評価法を検討した。従来用いられたFFT法を、データの定常性が保証されない重障者に適用することは困難である。そこで、健常成人と健常乳児について各種条件において心電図と呼吸運動曲線を同時計測し、次の2種の周波数解析法の適用を試みた。(1)短時間のデータ長で周波数特性を検討可能な最大エントロピー法(MEM)。(2)周波数特性の時系列変化を客観的に評価可能な局所定常AR法(LSAR法)。健常成人においては言語教示によって呼吸状態を変化させた。その結果、MEMでは正常時と深呼吸時とで異なるピーク周波数を検出でき、LSAR法では呼吸状態の変化に応じて呼吸と心拍の両モデルが切り替わり、短時間の周波数特性の変化を適切に検出できた。健常乳児では、睡眠時、覚醒安静時、母子相互交渉時の3条件で測定を実施した。相互交渉時にRSAを反映する高周波数成分のピークが消失し、覚醒および注意状態の変化をピークの消長により検討可能であることを明らかにした。2.重障者における各種生理学的指標の計測およびモニタリング 13名の重障者において、覚醒安静条件、人が身近にいる条件、相互交渉条件の3条件において上記2指標の測定を実施した。MEMによる分析の結果、ピークの消長の条件間比較により対象者を4群に分けることができ、コミュニケーション指導において生じる覚醒および注意状態の変動を両指標により検討できることを明らかにした。現在、両指標の伝送システムを開発中であり、このシステムによりモニタリングを行うことが今後の研究課題である。

The high frequency component of RSA is reflected in the interaction, and the change of attention state is discussed. 2. The measurement of various physiological indicators of severe disorders was carried out under three conditions, namely, the condition of waking up and quiet, the condition of human proximity, and the condition of mutual interaction.
