项目摘要

1.健常乳児における母子相互作用条件下での刺激-刺激随伴関係認知の発達に関する縦断的検討(1)対象:健常乳児5名(2)手続き:0〜10ヵ月まで,出生日前後1週間以内に対象児の家庭を訪問し,母親が以下の3種の働きかけを行った.イナイイナイバー遊び→人形を用いたイナイイナイバー遊び→触刺激を伴う歌遊び(3)記録:心電図,呼吸運動曲線,行動反応.(4)分析:心電図は,各月齢の条件別に平均HR曲線を算出.(5)結果と考察:発達的変化の概要は,以下の通り.加速反応に示される防御・驚愕反応優勢な段階(0〜2ヵ月)→S2呈示後の減速反応に示される定位反応優勢な段階(3〜5ヵ月)→S2前に予期的減速反応が示される期待反応優勢な段階(6〜9ヵ月).刺激条件の差異に関わらず,随伴関係認知が活発に機能する時期を特定できた.また,減速反応優勢後の加速反応が,期待反応との関連で積極的意義をもつことが示唆された.サインを用いたその後の言語発達との関連性について,さらに検討を要する.2.重障児における刺激-刺激随伴関係認知の横断的検討(1)厚生省分類の「I型」重障児14名(2)手続き:S1(上半身を呈示しての呼名)→S2(玩具を呈示しての話しかけ)とし,単独1条件→介入条件→単独2条件の順で各条件15試行を呈示した.介入条件では,介助者が反応促進を意図して働きかけた.(3)記録・分析:同上.(4)結果と考察:予期的減速が一定程度発現し,介入によって明瞭化した者の発達年齢は6〜9ヵ月であり,乳児の発達月齢と対応した.運動表出に制限をもつ重障児においては,事象間の随伴関係認知が特に.重要な意義を有する.この認知を他者の介入によって促進できることを明らかにした教育的意義は大きい.同時記録したCNV(随伴陰性変動)等について,今後分析を進め,この認知に必要な脳的基序についてさらに検討を行う.
